The customer has the right to withdraw from the product at any time and without the need for justification within a period of 14 calendar days.

Play Extensions S.L. undertakes to return the amount within the period established by law (14 calendar days from receipt of the product), as long as the following conditions are met:

1. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
2. In the case of hygienic products, such as hair extensions, Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, tampered with or removed from its original sealed packaging. This includes any signs of use that compromise the hygiene and quality of the product.
3. If the product does not comply with these conditions, it will not be possible to refund the amount.

The customer can fill out a return form, which is located at the end of this section. Once the product is received at our facilities and its condition has been checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded. Transportation costs will not be reimbursed.

Request withdrawal form
